Jar of Snow Sells in Online Auction; Journey Not Done, Yet

It looks like a jar of Northern Michigan snow will continue to make money for the fight against Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Friends of a child with CF sold it from their home in Baldwin and Lake County. A man from Detroit bought the jar for two-hundred dollars. Organizers of the auction say he plans to re-sell the jar of snow to see if it can travel around the world and continue to raise more money for the CF Foundation. Two year-old Logan was diagnosed when he was just four months old. A group called Logan's Heroes has been raising money for the CF Foundation. They'll use the money from the snow jar to buy a larger prize to auction off at another fundraiser in April.
