Police are on the hunt in Kalkaska for a man who robbed a Marathon gas station at gunpoint. The armed robbery happened around 10:45 Thursday night at the Marathon on North Cedar Street. Police say the man showed a handgun and took and undisclosed amount of money from the register before running away. No shots were fired and the clerk was not hurt. Police are looking for a white man with a slender build, about 5'8''. He was wearing a black hoody sweat shirt, black gloves and a facemask. If you have any information, call police.
