A 17 year old is accused of raping someone in Leelanau County. Prosecutors formally charged Shayne Michael Hough Tuesday morning with one felony county of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree. Police say the sex crime happened Saturday night at a home in Bingham Township. Police arrested Hough after gathering evidence at the victim's home on Sunday.
