Sault Ste. Marie Police are investigating a deadly crash involving three cars. One person died the accident. Sault Ste. Marie Police responded to the corner of Bingham and Portage Avenue Sunday morning where a Ford Escort appeared to have turned in front of a pickup. They crashed, and ran into a third, parked vehicle. Police say the driver of the escort, 85-year-old Lawrence Roberts of Sault Ste. Marie later died at the hospital. No one else was injured.
