Cabbage soup

1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
Chili powder to taste
1 med onion chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
16 oz can light kidney beans undrained
1/2 med size head cabbage chopped
1 28 oz can tomatoes (stewed or chopped)
1 tomato can of water
1 can beef broth.

Brown beef, drain. Add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Freezes real well.
