Calling and cancelling a service is supposed to be a relatively simple process.

But a San Francisco man's request to cut off his Comcast Internet and cable is going viral.

Ryan Block is a tech journalist.

He was switching providers, but did not expect cancelling to be such a dramatic process.

He recorded and posted the more than 20-minute call.

So far more than 2 million people have listened in, and can't believe what they hear.

Comcast issued a statement, apologizing for the representative's actions. They're promising quick action.
