UPDATE: Luther Man Pleads No Contest in Cadillac Road Rage Incident

A Luther man plead no contest to several charges after using his car to ram another driver off the road. 

The crime happened in Cadillac on April 7 on Cobb Street.

Police say Terry Davenport attacked a woman when she tried to get out of his car.

Davenport plead no contest to reckless driving, aggravated assault and domestic violence. No contest means he does not admit guilt, but accepts the punishment.
