Evart Man Accused of Sexual Assault

An Osceola County man is in jail tonight after police say he forced a relative to have sex with him.

A magistrate charged Dustin Lewis of Evart with seven counts of sexual assault in Reed City Monday afternoon.

The charges stem from an incident in early may.

Police say Lewis forced a female relative to have sex with him.

Lewis faces three third degree criminal sexual conduct charges and four fourth degree.

He is currently in the Osceola county jail.
