Heroin and Cocaine Seized from Traverse City Home, Four Arrested

Northern Michigan drug officers arrested four people in Grand Traverse County on heroin and cocaine charges.

On Monday, Traverse Narcotics Team worked with the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office to execute a search warrant at a Traverse City home on Lillian Lane. They say the drugs were being sold there.

Officers found cash, drugs, and packaging materials.

The homeowner and two others were arrested on charges related to selling and using heroin and cocaine.

A fourth was stopped by Grand Traverse County Deputies in an attempt to leave the home.

The Grand Traverse County Prosecutor's office tells 9&10 News they are authorizing charges against Antoine Gogins, Connie Hamilton-Lowe, David Ruff Jr., and Santonya Winstone.

Gogins is charged with 5 counts of delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance less than 50 grams and one count conspiracy to deliver and manufacture drugs

Ruff Jr. is charged with 5 counts of delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance less than 50 grams, one count conspiracy to deliver and manufacture drugs, and being a habitual offender

Winstone is charged with one count delivering and manufacturing less than 50 grams, and 2 counts conspiracy to deliver and manufacture drugs.

And Hamilton-Lowe is the homeowner who lives at Lillian Lane and charged with 2 counts delivering a controlled substance on school property, 5 counts delivering and manufacturing controlled substance less than 50 grams, and one count of conspiracy to deliver and manufacture drugs.
