WASHINGTON, April 25, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA) will speak to more than 1,000 neurologists, patients with neurologic diseases and their caregivers at Philadelphia's Brain Health Fair tomorrow, Saturday, April 26. The City of Philadelphia has declared the day "Brain Health Awareness Day," in recognition of the fair and start of the 2014 American Academy of Neurology's (AAN) Annual Meeting, which is being held in Philadelphia through May 3.
