UPDATE: TC Woman Accused Of Drunk Driving, Resisting An Officer

Posted: Updated:

We can now tell you the name of the woman police say splashed her urine on a sheriff's deputy.

Last week Wednesday, a deputy pulled over Martha Sandoval-Mosqueda on Shady Lane Drive in Grand Traverse County's Garfield Township suspecting she was driving drunk.

Sandoval-Mosqueda refused a breathalyzer test.

On her way to the hospital for a blood alcohol test, the sheriff says she urinated in the patrol car, and once outside the car, continued to splash her urine on the deputy.

Sandoval-Mosqueda was formally charged for driving drunk, and resisting a police officer.
