Police Searching For Serial Bank Robber

Police in Newaygo County are searching for a man they now call a serial bank robber.  

Deputies believe the man robbed four banks between June 2011 and September 2013, all at gunpoint.

These are images from security cameras.

The man is white, in his 20's or 30's, between 5'9" and 6'3" tall and 180 to 200 pounds.  

The first robbery happened at the Lake-Osceola State Bank in Luther on June 3, 2011.

Then on June 22, 2011, the Lake-Osceola State Bank in Wellston was robbed.

Five months later, the robber held up the Citizens National Bank in Pellston on November 16th.

And finally, on September 3, 2013, the Independent Bank in Croton Township was robbed at gunpoint.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Newaygo County Sheriff's Department at 231-689-7303.

Right now there is a $35,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.
