Feedback at 5:00: Security In Sochi - Would You Go?

Posted: Updated:

Russian intelligence officers say they are on the lookout for a female suicide bomber targeting the upcoming Sochi Winter Olympics.

The so-called "Black Widow" is tied to an Islamic radical groups, some seeking to avenge the deaths of their husbands. The latest threat comes after two extremists issued a video promising to attack the games.

The U.S. military has confirmed there are plans in place to provide help in case Americans need to be evacuated from where the games will be held.

Russian President Vladimir Putin assures his country is doing "whatever it takes" to keep athletes and visitors safe, with 40,000 police officers and soldiers in place.

The games get underway in just over two weeks. Terrorist threats have also been concerns for venues in the past.

If given the opportunity, would you attend the Winter Games despite the security concerns?

It's tonight's Feedback at 5:00.
