RECALL: Kraft Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Recalled For Soy Labeling

Posted: Updated:

NEW YORK (AP) -- Millions of boxes of Kraft Velveeta pasta and ground beef products are being taken off the shelves because they contain soy.

About 1.77 million pounds of Kraft Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Singles Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac is being recalled.

The problem is that the label didn't say it contains soy, which could trigger some problems if you have an allergy.

There have been no reports of anyone getting sick.

The recall applies to the Skillets Singles with a sale date of March 2nd through October 23rd of this year.

The problem does not apply to other Kraft or Velveeta products.

If you have a question, contact the Kraft Foods consumer relations center at 1-800-396-5512.
