UPDATE: Detroit Man Accused Of Selling Heroin To Otsego Co. SANE Team

A Detroit man was arrested in northern Michigan for selling heroin to the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement team. 

SANE purchased $2,500 worth of heroin from James Cheatom in Gaylord Thursday, January 9th.

While Cheatom was traveling back to Detroit, he was stopped on I-75 and arrested.

SANE retrieved the $2,500 along with more money and his cell phone. 

Cheatom was lodged at the Otsego County Jail.

He faces charges of making and delivering heroin.
