Ferris Hoops Sweep Findlay, Men Lone GLIAC Unbeaten

Posted: Updated:

BIG RAPIDS - Ferris State Mens Basketball is the only team still unbeaten in GLIAC play.  The Bulldogs earned it Thursday night with an 85-81 victory against 12th ranked Findlay at Ewigleben Arena.

Ferris State's womens team also beat Findlay 74-62.

Lake Superior State also swept its doubleheader against Lake Erie.  The mens basketball team is now 13-1.  That record matches their best start in school history, which came in 1955-56 when they were the Soo Tech Hornets and coached by the legendary Bud Cooper.
