Tennessee Man Faces New Sex Crime Charges In Osceola County

Police are investigating a sex crime that took place at a foster home in Osceola County.  

Police say Francis Mallo from Tennessee is accused of sexually assaulting a minor living at his home in Evart. 

Mallo is facing new sex crime charges.  He was arrested and arraigned.

Mallo was already lodged in the Osceola County Jail on similar, unrelated charges stemming from an Osceola County Sheriff's office investigation. 

Police continue to investigate and may find other victims.
