Feedback at 5:00: How Do You Divide Up Work, Chores At Your House?

Posted: Updated:

Friday's Feedback at 5:00:

From emptying the dishwasher, to doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom -- every household has plenty of chores to do.

A new study is examining the "chore gap" around the world, taking a look at who is pitching in at home.

The organization for economic cooperation and development says here in the US, men work 50.6 hours in a week and women work 50.9 hours.

Men spend most of that time at work, while women spend most of their time cooking and cleaning.

Of the 50-hours men work, 65% are at a paying job.

Women on the other hand, spend 53% of their working hours doing chores.

How do you divide up work and chores at your house?

It's tonight's Feedback at Five.
