UPDATE: Man Formally Charged For Killing Two Women In Detroit Senior Center

DETROIT (AP) -- Two women are dead after a shooting at Pablo Davis Elder Living Center in Detroit.

A 66-year-old man has been formally charged for the deaths.

Police say the shooting happened Sunday night after a couple's relationship ended.

Police say Mike Reda went to his apartment in the center,  got his rifle and started looking for two people who he believed caused the breakup.

That's when they say Reda shot the first woman sitting outside the apartment building, then shot a second woman multiple times inside the center.

Reda was arrested coming back out of the building.

Mike Reda is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and other felonies.

Reda pleaded not-guilty and is held in jail without bond.
