RECALL: Harley-Davidson Recalls 29,000 Bikes For Clutch Issues

Posted: Updated:

29,000 Harley-Davidson motorcycles are recalled for a clutch problem.

Harley-Davidson says the hydraulic clutch problem can make it tough for the bikes to slow down or stop, and could cause accidents.

Riders are asked to not ride their bikes until inspected by an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer.

The recall was issued while the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration was closed during the government shutdown.
