MTM On The Road: First Day of School in McBain

Posted: Updated:

The days are getting shorter, Labor Day has come and gone.

All signs are pointing to the unofficial end of summer, the beginning of the school year.

All over Northern Michigan, students of all ages made their way to their classrooms for the first time this year to kick off the 2013-2014 school year.

Everyone from kindergartners and first graders enjoying their first first days to high school juniors and seniors looking forward to one of their last showed up for school today with a clean slate in McBain.

Teachers, bus drivers and administrators all came in and out over the summer but today they were all there, all ready to start a new year with a new group of kids.

Eric and Stephanie were live there all morning and have more details on the first day of school.
