Last Friday, we asked about your favorite place to go in Northern Michigan for Labor Day weekend.

And Hughston's Cow Camp Rodeo in McBain was your #1 choice!

For years, Hughston's Cow Camp Rodeo has been a Northern Michigan tradition on the holiday weekend.

The event is expected to draw between 10,000 - 12,000 people to the area.

The rodeo happens each night at 7:30 p.m. and is a family friendly event.

Organizers say some of the best riders in the world will be in McBain for the rodeo this weekend.

The MTM On The Road Crew saddled up for a morning of fun on Friday.

... And Rounding out the Top 5 for MiFavoriteThings "place to go for Labor Day Weekend" is:

-- The Mackinac Bridge Walk

-- The Manton Harvest Festival

-- Drummond Island

-- The Au Sable River
