On-Going Investigation Reveals Mason Co. Home Containing Meth Components

Police discover meth components in a Pere Marquette Township home. 

The State, Sheriff's, Chief's Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) and Mason County Probations and Parole office investigated a "one-pot" methamphetamine component case on Limouze Street in Pere Marquette Township this week.

This discovery is part of an on-going investigation where officers developed information that led to the home.

Police secured the property until Michigan State Police Methamphetamine Investigation Team arrived to collect evidence and classify the area as safe. 

No formal charges at this time.

The case is still under investigation and waiting on crime lab results.
