UPDATE: Minor Arrested For Beating Veteran To Death

Police have arrested a second teen in connection with the beating of a World War II veteran in Washington state. 

Delbert Belton was waiting for a friend in the  parking lot of Eagles Lodge in Spokane Wednesday night. 

Police Chief Frank Straub Jr. says two teens robbed and assaulted Belton in the parking lot, which led to his death. 

The second suspect was arrested Monday morning on first-degree charges for robbery and murder.

Police say both suspects have a history of assault arrest and conviction.

Police say two teens beat Delbert Belton and left him for dead just outside the lounge where he played pool.
