Harrietta Was Hit Hard In Wednesday Night's Storm

Posted: Updated:

Storms rushing through Northern Michigan last night left some damage behind in Wexford County.

Trees blocked some roads, limbs were thrown against houses and into yards near Harrietta.

Roads were blocked after trees fell.

The wind from the storm threw debris and branches everywhere.

People used chainsaws to clean up the mess in their yards and those of their neighbors Thursday.

One woman said the wind sounded like a tornado.
