The Salvation Army of Ludington In Need Of Food Pantry Donations

Posted: Updated:

Over 550 Ludington area residents have received food assistance from The Salvation Army this year.

Food donations are down over the summer months which means The Salvation Army food pantry of Ludington is nearly empty.

The Salvation Army of Ludington is looking to the community to fulfil the need.

Captain Timothy McPherson, Corps Officer, The Salvation Army of Ludington says, "The Salvation Army continues to be committed to serving the needs of the local community and we are hopeful that the citizens of Ludington will continue their support of The Salvation Army food pantry. With the increased need throughout the year, we are looking to our community to help us meet our goal of restocking our food pantry this fall.  I am certain that Ludington will help us fulfill our commitment to this goal, which will allow us to serve those who depend on us to meet basic human needs."
