A Northern Michigan man is accused of doing some damage to himself, and to a local business.

The suspected business break-in and damage happened Wednesday morning at Ray's Auto Marine in Ludington in Mason County.

According to one of the charter captains, he was making his rounds at the business when he heard groaning. He went out to investigate and that's when he found a man hanging near the window.

The suspected intruder was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Nothing was stolen.

The owner says there was about $2000 worth of damage, which included several doors.
Police say the mans ongoing medical conditions and alcohol may have played a role in the incident.

Charges are expected soon.
