Police Find Man Responsible For Crashing Truck on Mailbox and Road Sign

Posted: Updated:

Early Sunday morning, August 18, a Pierson Township resident reported a crash near the corner of Kimball and Dagget Roads just before 9 AM.

When police arrived they found a '94 Chevrolet S-10 pickup on top of a mailbox post and a road sign.  No one was in or around the vehicle.

The same resident reported being awakened by spinning tires around 4:30 AM.

Deputies found Jacob Isiah-Wilson Jordan of Sand Lake at his home.

Jordan was cited for failing to report an accident and breaking speed laws.

Alcohol may be a factor.  No injuries were reported.
