Feedback at 5:00: Would You Go To A Restaurant That Allows Outdoor Smoking?

Michigan's ban on smoking in restaurants and bars has been in effect since 2010.

Today, state regulators are clarifying what that rule means for establishments with outdoor seating.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development says there has been some confusion surrounding the issue.

Owners *can* allow smoking on patios and decks, but that is only if food and drinks are not being served at the time.

For tonight's Feedback at Five, we wanted to know if you are more or less likely to go to a bar or restaurant that does allow outdoor smoking, and why?
