Investigators say Andrew was riding on a four-wheeler down this private road when the driver, who's also ten, missed a turn and drove up a steep hill.

The driver was ejected and the passenger, Andrew, was pinned underneath the machine.

Undersheriff says Andrew is from Shelby Township, near Detroit, but was here visiting family.

He says the family plans to donate his organs.

A 10 year old boy is in critical condition after an ORV accident in Presque Isle County.

EMS responded to a reported of the boy who did not have a pulse and was not breathing after the accident around 5:30pm Saturday night. The accident happened on Kane Drive in Rogers Township.

Michigan State Police and Presque Isle County Deputies say the driver of the ORV, another 10 year old boy, was driving too fast, missed a turn, and drove the ORV up a steep hill causing it to overturn. The driver was thrown from the vehicle, and it pinned the young passenger underneath.

The child was taken to a hospital in Royal Oak where he is in critical condition.
