TRAVERSE CITY -- Thursday was day two of Red Wings Prospect Camp at Centre Ice Arena.  On today's agenda was first-round pick Anthony Mantha and head coach Mike Babcock.

Mantha was taken 20th overall by the Red Wings in this year's draft.  He scored 50 goals in the Quebec Junior League last season. 

Babcock has also been impressed with the rookies so far in camp.

Meanwhile at Wuerfel Park and caught up with Beach Bums skipper Greg Langbehn.  Langbehn will represent the Bums and will manage the east team in next week's Frontier League All-Star Game. 

Langbehn has added Chase Burch, Jake Sabol and Nick Capito to the all-star roster, joining Taylor Wrenn, Marcu Nidiffer and Scott Dunn for a total of six Bums on the all-star team.

We also have updates on the Midwest and Frontier League scoreboards as the Bums, Whitecaps, Loons and Lugnuts were all in action tonight.

    A potentially stinky situation for some people in Clare County, they say their garbage hasn't been picked up in weeks. It's all due to state enforced frost laws. The county says one company's trucks are just too heavy to travel on the black-top roads and would probably damage them. The trucks are so heavy that even without garbage in them, they exceed the weight limit.
