Wednesday was another night on the minor league diamond as the Loons, Whitecaps and Beach Bums were all back in action.

At Dow Diamond, Great Lakes unloading for three runs in the second inning and four more in the sixth en route to an 8-0 win.  The Loons were led by 16-year-old pitcher Julio Urias who struck out a career-high eight batters and held the 'Caps to just four hits.

Meanwhile at Wuerfel Park, the River City Rascals continue to have the Beach Bums number.  River City winning for the second straight night beating the Bums 3-2.
