Feedback at 5:00 - Turning in a Family Member

Posted: Updated:

Two Michigan criminals were recently caught because of family members.

The FBI says a Michigan man recognized his mother in surveillance photos of a bank robbery in Byron Township.

And Officers from the Cooper Street Prison near Jackson say an inmate serving time for armed robbery tried to escape by telling his father he was going to be paroled, and needed a ride.

The father stopped to ask a correction's officer where he could pick his son up, and officers eventually found him hiding in a garbage can.

Would you turn a family member in if you knew they committed a crime? Why or why not?

 It's tonight's Feedback at 5:00.
