Monday's Local Sports Coverage (6/17)

Posted: Updated:

On Monday we took a trip down to Beal City to recap an incredible season for the Aggies baseball team that unfortunately ended in heartbreak, a 3-2 loss in extra innings in Saturday's state title game against Grosse Point Woods University Liggett.

Head Coach Brad Antcliff and the Aggies were gracious in defeat and hopes are high for next season with Beal City only graduating four seniors of this year's squad that went 35-3 and made it to Battle Creek for the fourth time in five years.

The 35-3 record marks the highest winning percentage in the school's storied baseball history.
