4 Injured in Chippewa County Rollover

UPDATE: Investigators tell 9&10 News the victims were all between the ages of 18 and 20.

Some, they say, are still in high school.

The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time, but they are all expected to be ok.

9&10's Christina Vecchioni and photojournalist Eric Davis visited the scene today.

Police in Chippewa County were called to a rollover accident involving five people.

The accident happened early this morning on 10 Mile Road in Dafter.

Officers say the car was speeding and alcohol played a role.

Four out of the five people in the car were taken to the hospital for injuries and the fifth took off, but was later identified.

All of the people in the car were under 21 years old.
