UPDATE: Benzie County Man Arrested in Connection to Another Man's Heroin Overdose

We now know the name of the man arrested in connection with an overdose investigation.

A man died on Wednesday night in Benzonia Township, and officers found evidence that connected Mark Maxwell to the case.

Maxwell was arrested for delivering the drugs to the man who died.

Police have made an arrest in connection to another man's drug overdose.

An investigation began after a 23 year old Benzie county man overdosed on heroin.

Police then searched a home in Benzonia Township where they found multiple pieces of evidence

One man was arrested and faces charges for delivering the heroin that led to the Benzie county man's death.
