The remains of two Native Americans housed at the University of Nebraska State Museum are expected to be re-buried at a Mid-Michigan cemetery.

A ceremony will be held at the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Reservation near Mt. Pleasant Friday.

The remains were unearthed from a site in Midland back in 1883 and transferred to the museum.

Remains of nine more people discovered during a highway project in Iosco County will also be laid to rest.
