Clare Co. Police Investigating Large Meth Lab Dump Site

Posted: Updated:

Police in Clare county say fishermen came across a major meth lab dump site.

Late last month, 25 separate, mobile, one pot meth labs were found in an area near Adams Road and Harrison Avenue near Farwell in Clare county.

This is by far the most they have ever found in one area and police are looking to see if this area has become a popular spot for many meth cooks or just one cook's dumping over the winter.

Earlier this week another mobile meth lab dump was found in the same general area.

Police want to remind people to stay away from any suspicious trash sites and call police immediately if you believe the mess to be a meth lab.

9&10 News' Eric Lloyd spoke with police on the massive meth lab find and has more details.
