It's been a hot topic around Traverse City for a couple of months now; whether or not food trucks should be allowed downtown.
There have been several concerns from some downtown Traverse City businesses, ranging from fees, to fears of a decrease in their business.
But local food truck owners think it could do great things for the city, providing many benefits, like tourism and jobs.
The City Commission has been hearing various sides to the food truck issue, and with the help of the public's comments and the Downtown Development Authority, they've been looking for ways to compromise.
Tonight, the commission will discuss the issue again, and perhaps come to some kind of decision.
9&10's Vanessa Fayz was live at the Governmental Center in Traverse City with details on tonight's meeting.
