Rec Boat Holdings Expands, More Jobs For Cadillac

The expansion of a northern Michigan company means more than 100 jobs are headed to the area.

Rec Boat Holdings of Cadillac, whose brands include Four Winns, Glastron, and Wellcraft, announced an expansion to their boat line on Thursday.

The company will re-launch the Scarab Brand with a new jet boat line. They will also launch two new jet models under the Glastron brand.

According to the president of Rec Boat Holdings, this is a huge announcement for the company and will generate jobs in the area.

The Cadillac Michigan Works Office agrees and says this announcement shows job opportunities are growing in Cadillac.

Rec Boat Holdings plans to start hiring people in the next few weeks.
