With the school year coming to an end, 9&10 News and Don's Auto Clinic want to recognize the hard work and dedication of three high school seniors.

We asked viewers to nominate seniors that demonstrate good citizenship in their communities and schools.

Today, they were recognized as future leaders.

Megan Taylor, from Houghton Lake, came in 1st place and received a $1,000 scholarship.

Daniel Pflug, from Rogers City, took 2nd and won a $500 scholarship. He was not able to attend the ceremony.

Samantha Dessoye, from Johannesburg-Lewiston, came in 3rd place. She'll receive $250 toward her college education.
