Misti Porter was sentenced to at least 270 days in jail and 36 months probation.

She also had her license suspended.

Porter plead guilty to operating and maintaining a meth lab at a house.

Michigan State Police and Cadillac Police arrested three people for operating a meth lab in Cadillac.

Around noon today -- State Police went to a home on West Division Street between Boon and Colfax Street to arrest a fugitive.

Once there, they discovered an active one-pot meth lab.

Police say it's lucky they discovered the meth lab when they did considering it's near a school.

The three suspects are in the Wexford County Jail.
