Rain is moving in and plan on a lot more for the next 36 hours. Some areas could see more than 4" with a good chance of flooding. A Flood Watch has been posted for the entire region. I think low lying areas will see flooding due to the excessive rainfall. Creeks, rivers, streams are likely to reach very high levels with additional flooding likely. If you live in a spot that typically has water issues every spring, you should be prepared to move to higher ground as we are looking at conditions we haven't seen in quite a while.
