200 Pound Copper Coil Goes Missing from Williamsburg Store

Posted: Updated:

Police are looking for someone who stole a rare copper coil from a northern Michigan business.

Last week, owners of Kinnco in Williamsburg noticed a 200 pound copper coil missing from their store.

Police say there was no sign of forced entry, but a fork lift was moved.

They believe the culprit used it to pull the copper off a shelf.

There are no suspects at this time, but police are searching scrap yards to see if they can find any leads.
