Seasonal Flooding on the Boardman River

Posted: Updated:

Because of rain and melting snow, the Boardman River is experiencing some seasonal flooding.

The river has risen a foot to 16 inches in the last few days.

Some people who live in the Boardman River Valley have concerns, but it appears to be normal flooding that happens in early spring.

The Boardman River Project says dam removal operations are not affecting river levels right now.
