Breelynn Martin joined 9&10 News in February 2013 as a general assignment reporter based in Cadillac.

Breelynn graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism in May of 2010. While in college, Breelynn interned at WWJ Newsradio 950 in Southfield and Fox 2 News in Southfield.

Following graduation, Breelynn was offered a position at Fox 2 News in Southfield as a writer, assignment editor and web producer. She also worked at WDIV in Detroit as an associate producer before coming to 9&10.

Breelynn was born in Massachusetts, but was raised in West Bloomfield just outside of Detroit. When not working, she likes to spend time with family and friends. She also loves to check out new places to eat and travel.

Breelynn is excited to be working at northern Michigan's news leader and can't wait to experience everything northern Michigan has to offer.
