Deputies Searching for Suspect in Montcalm County Bank Robbery

Deputies are looking for the man who robbed a bank this morning and got away with cash.

It happened just before 11:00 A.M. in Montcalm County at the Chemical Bank in Edmore.

Police say a man gave a note to the teller demanding money. They say he acted like he had a gun but nobody saw a weapon. The suspect was last seen leaving the area on foot.

He is described as:

White

Male

5'6" to 5'8"

160 to 175 pounds

Short dark hair

Gray goatee

Age late 30's to early 40's

Wearing a dark jacket with zipper, dark crew neck T shirt and dark pants.

Dark sunglasses
