Police have charged a Mount Pleasant woman for stealing from a local store since October of 2012.
The investigation first started back on January 1st when Menards told state police that there was a woman who was possibly stealing electric dog collars from the store.
After Kathleen Kolb was seen leaving the store with stolen electronic dog collars and invisible fencing on January 8th, troopers took her into custody.
Kolb admitted she was stealing the items and selling them on eBay.
Police say Kolb stole over $10,000 worth of merchandise from the store.
