Great Start, Great Futures Summit in Traverse City

A summit today in Traverse City focused on education and the future -- the Great Start, Great Futures Summit.
The Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce held the event at the Hagerty Center, to discuss early childhood education, and the benefits it will have on our community.
More than 150 area professionals attended the summit, to talk about the importance of shaping the workforce of the future.
Consumers energy contributed $71,000 to Northwest Michigan Great Start programs.
