A Man is in Jail After Being Arrested For Sex Crimes

A man is in jail for his connection to a sex crimes case.
According to Mason County Sheriffs Department, Robert Miller is charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct with an 8-year-old boy and for being a habitual offender.
Miller was arrested in Riverton Township on Wednesday evening. The investigation started Tuesday when the victim and his father reported the crime to the sheriffs department.
He is currently being held at the Mason County Jail.
Miller has been convicted of three other sex crimes, two of which included teenagers.
The investigation is ongoing.
Miller will head to court on March 27 for a pretrial.
